This is an order for a REFLETCH & REWRAP service.   WE ONLY ACCEPT BARE SHAFTS.

 

NOTE customers are responsible for shipping their arrow shafts to Adams Precision Archery LLC (APA).  Upon recepit of the order and payment we will supply you with a liability waiver and shipping address to send your shafts.

 

NOTE THAT ALL REFRESH ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO APA STAFF INSPECTION. 

Upon recepit of your shafts we will inspect them for cosmetic damages in order to ensure quality & standards.  We will refuse any damaged, cracked, chipped, etc shafts.  If your order is recieved with any damaged shafts we will return the entire shipment, cancel your order, and refund the cost minus the cost of return shipping. Note that Adams Precision Archery LLC does not guarantee the safety of the shafts nor is Adams Precision Archery LLC liable for any damages or injury caused by the arrow shafts and/or defaults in them.

 

ALSO NOTE THAT IF THE QUANTITY RECIEVED DOES NOT MATCH THE QUANTITY STATED IN THE ORDER, we will return the entire shipment back to you, cancel your order, and refund the cost minus the cost of return shipping.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is at Adams Precision Archery's discretion on whether the shafts are up to quality standards.  Any missing, damaged, discrepancies on quantity sent, etc are not the liability of Adams Precision Archery.  Any of the previously mentioned issues results in a return of the entire shipment back to you, cancelation of your order, and refund the cost of your order minus the cost of return shipping.

 

By signing the attached input form with your order you are in agreement with this limited waiver of liability that will apply between Adams Precision Archery, LLC (Adams Precision Archery)  and the undersigned (Buyer) for transportation of all afore mentioned arrow shafts (Products) sent by Buyer and shipped by the  Buyer via third-party freight carriers (Carriers).

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT

The Buyer will package the Products for shipment using best industry practices.  During standard shipping methods, minor scratches and abrasions due to normal transportation may occur and are not the liability of Adams Precision Archery, LLC.  Adams Precision Archery, LLC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product loss, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency. 

 

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES

All claims, including claims for damages, defects and shortages or incorrect materials will not be the liability of Adams Precision Archery, LLC.  The Buyer assumes full responsibility for any damages, loss, etc that may occur during the shipment of the products to Adams Precision Archery.  Upon receipt of the items Adams Precision Archery, LLC must be given reasonable opportunity to inspect such Products to which Adams Precision Archery, LLC holds full authority to refuse the processing of said items based on their inspection findings. Claims for non-receipt of shipment or invoicing errors are not the liability of Adams Precision Archery, LLC.  BUYER’S TYPED NAME NAME WITHIN THE PAID ORDER IS CONSIDERED THE UNCONDITIONAL WAIVER OF ANY SUCH CLAIM OF LOSS OR DAMAGE. 

 

OTHER TERMS AND DISCLAIMERS

Once an order has been placed, Adams Precision Archery, LLC and Buyer become contractually bound to uphold certain aspects of the agreement. In no event shall Adams Precision Archery, LLC be liable, and it hereby disclaims responsibility for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, multiplied or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of use, or any pecuniary loss) from delays of any kind or any other acts or omission by a Carrier, Contractor or other service provider whether foreseeable, unforeseeable, disclosed or undisclosed which may arise or is caused from any Carrier, Contractor or other service provider services.
