Our Team.
Here at Adams Precision Archery we are looking to grow our company and build a strong, trusted Field Staff team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who will self-film/photograph their hunts, using APA Custom Arrows, as well as shooters for 3D/Outdoor events. Applicants must have both Facebook and Instagram, as we require sharing on social media, tv shows, podcasts, video channels, etc. to help promote the Adams Precision Archery brand. Remember as a sponsored Adams Precision Archery Field Staff Shooter you would be representing our company, and will be expected to be a positive ambassador of our brand.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR SHOOTERS

Always tag Adams Precision Archery on Facebook & Instagram posts, using the #adamsprecisionarchery and @adamsprecisionarchery tags

There is a minimum requirement each year to stay on staff, these requirements are discussed on an individual basis based on your social media presence

Use and promote our products year-round as a true user of the products, and provide useful feedback so we can continually improve our products

Attend and assist at industry events, archery shoots, product expos, etc..

Scout out and notify us of opportunities for APA to continue to grow as a brand

You must provide the name of the local archery shop where you either shoot, purchase equipment or have any tech work completed, and be willing to introduce the APA brand to your local archery shop
WHAT OUR SHOOTERS CAN EXPECT FROM US

We take care of our shooters and outfit them with a Custom Set of Adams Precision Archery Arrows, which we expect to be used in all hunting and tournament events
